Our Story

Cirque Cafe & Restaurant was opened to serve Newcastle and the Hunter region in 2014 by Chef Keith Murray.

As a highly skilled chef experienced in modern Australian, French and Korean cuisines, Keith has showcased his delicious menu items for the past  7 years in Newcastle after a long and successful career around the world.

Using fresh local produce, eggs, fish straight from the markets, fruit and vegetables enable a new variety of Chef’s Specials, to complement the regular menu.


Cirque’s customers enjoy a warm welcome from all staff in a relaxing atmosphere for breakfast and lunch daily or dinner Thursday - Saturday evenings.
